We delivery all bikes from Auckland, New Zealand, and you can also purchase bikes in China mainland from SZKW-Sports.
You’ll see the size guide for each bike’s interface, all bike sizes can be found here. For balance bikes, we recommend that your child can easily place their feet flat on the floor with their knees slightly bent when seated. For a bike, the seat height should allow your child to easily touch the ground while gaining confidence. Measure the inside leg and use the chart above to match the appropriate bike.

Headquarter are open from 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday.
The 3.4.5.6mm inner hexagon tool we provide, you need to install the pedals and handlebars according to the direction of the tutorial, adjust the height of the seat cushion, and then you can ride after installation.
Due to safety concerns, we do not provide stands.
All of our bikes come with standard size 22.2mm (at the grip) handlebars. Any accessory that fits this size handlebar is compatible with our vehicles. If you have any further questions, your local bike shop will be able to assist you further.
Currently we only offer Rise 24 and Rise 26 frames for retail.

The easiest way to do this is to make sure the bike you buy is suitable for your child before ordering it. Ask if you’re not sure, bikes are big items to ship, so sending one back is expensive. Of course, if you receive the bike in the wrong size, or if you change your mind and want to return it, return it in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The shipping cost is your responsibility, we can help you return it and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. In any case, please contact us first.
Non-artificial damage, we provide a 10-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for parts (excluding consumable parts). But even if your bike is out of warranty, be sure to contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get your bike back on the road.

The warranty does not cover parts: such as inner and outer tires, bearings (including seals and lubricants, ball bearings/angular contact bearings/needle bearings, etc.), rolling bearings, shock absorber bushings and seals, transmission system components (chains, flywheels, hubs), brake pads, cable cores and spools, grips and saddles.
Each vehicle of Csawpbikes has a unique number. If you buy second-hand Csawpbikes, you are still entitled to warranty service, and the warranty period starts from the original purchase date.
